Pedro Jiménez-Alicea, PhD, leads Grupo Nexos’ strategic planning unit. He has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning, implementation, and operations across complex organizational contexts. In this role, he coordinates and facilitates strategic planning processes, working closely with teams during the implementation and adjustment of initiatives.
His work focuses on supporting programs and teams operating in dynamic environments, where strategic plans must adapt to internal and external changes to achieve their objectives. His professional approach is characterized by analyzing and understanding how organizational systems function in practice and identifying points of friction that require adjustments in ways of working, considering the interaction among people, processes, and context.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to strategic planning processes, program implementation, reporting, and organizational capacity building. His experience includes supporting multisectoral and multiregional initiatives through projects funded by public and private sources, as well as coordinating and implementing efforts involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
